Burn Care
Burns from heat or chemical substances need to be treated as quickly and efficiently as possible to minimise injury and long term damage. Brosch Direct stocks burn care products, supplies and first aid kits for burns, as well as individual sterile burn dressings in various different sizes for direct application.
For smaller burns, we offer burn gel sachets which are ideal for quick treatment and will soothe and calm minor injuries, reducing pain while keeping the patient comfortable. We recommend keeping a decent level of stock when it comes to differently sized sterile burn dressing, as well as a high quality general burns first aid kit so that you’re covered for any emergency.
