How is my order delivered if I place an order containing large items or bulk items?

Orders containing larger quantities or bulk items may be dispatched via pallet delivery rather than standard parcel services. As pallet bookings need to be arranged separately, next day delivery (including orders placed before 3pm) may not apply and delivery can typically take 2–3 working days.
Please note that the delivery method can only be confirmed once your order has been reviewed by our warehouse team, as this is dependent on the overall size, weight, and volume of the order.
