In February 2025, we were honoured to receive the Bronze medal from EcoVadis - a globally recognised leader in sustainability ratings.

What is EcoVadis?

They are a global provider of business sustainability ratings and have assessed over 150,000 companies worldwide, spanning all industries and sizes. Their mission is to help companies reduce risks, improve operational practices and accelerate positive change for both the planet and people.

How were we assessed?

EcoVadis evaluated our company using evidence-based criteria across four key areas:

  1. Environmental impact
  2. Ethics
  3. Labour & human rights
  4. Sustainable procurement

This comprehensive assessment helps us gain a clearer understanding of our current performance and identify opportunities for further improvement.

What is the Bronze award?

EcoVadis awards medals to the top 35% of companies assessed, and achieving the Bronze medal places us within the top 35% percentile within this distinguished group. This recognition highlights the significant progress we are making in our sustainability efforts, and we remain committed to continuously improving our environmental and ethical performance.

“This is a tremendous achievement for Brosch Direct (A trading dividion of Polyco Healthline), and I’m personally very proud as it reflects the progress we are making in sustainability. I want to thank our dedicated sustainability team and partners who made this possible.”

— Jack Prichard, Chief Executive Officer

What does this mean for your business?

Achieving the EcoVadis Bronze medal not only reflects our commitment to sustainability, but also provides reassurance to our partners and clients. By working with a company recognised for responsible practices, our customers can be confident that their supply chain aligns with ethical, environmental and social standards. This helps reduce risks, supports our customers own sustainability goals and strengthens long-term, trustworthy business relationships. Together, we can drive positive impact beyond our own operations.

Finally, what does this mean for us going forward?

While this is an important milestone on our journey toward achieving Net Zero by 2045, we recognise there’s still a lot of work to do. We will leverage the insights gained from this assessment to drive further improvements - investing in sustainable product innovation, maintaining transparent supply chains and implementing initiatives to reduce our environmental footprint. We remain committed to advancing our sustainability performance and improving our EcoVadis rating in the years to come.
